So i bought a used samsung odyssey neo G7 Qled 240 hz and at start i worked fine still dos mostly except for a wierd issue when the pc is about to load windows when the circle appears.
there are 2 video files one with normal behavior and one with the un normal behavior, and it only happends with displayport.
My pc specs are :

Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 Qled 240Hz 1440p Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 Qled 240Hz is a repair this is the second one at repair the first i got my money back on, both had corruption on the screen so the ssecond is in for repair for that now.
The issue dossent happend everytime as the videos states.
Ive have tried both displayports on the monitor and both displayport on my pc.
Eve tried my girls friends pc, she is running a rx 580 8Gb and it ran fine on that.
I have also tried my old Dell U2713H using also displayport and there it dossent happend with my pc on that monitor making me think its not my graphic card but then again on my girl friend pc with the g7 it dossent happend either so im at a loss here.
With hdmi everything is also good.
And games and windows runs fine temps are good 
Anyone else have this issue and know how to solve it ?
Since i tried boht displayports on the g7 and both on the graphic card would i be fair to say its a thing between the pc and the monitor ? since when i use my Dell U2713H the problem isent there anymore and also when i use it with my girl friends pc the problem is also gone.
So wouldent it be fair to say something has happend between the monitor and my pc, aand i dont know what since i have changed anything since i got the screen.
Also i have tried 2 displayport cables and 2 hdmi cables and it only happends with displayport.
i know my girl friend pc only has a rx 580 8gb and the display port on that is a different version so that could be the reason her's dossent do it with the g7.
i hope you guys can help me here
