banned from us samsung site

So i recently posted about my monitor on samsung us forum all i did was aking about smy samsung odyssey g7 qled 240 hz monitor if it should show the odysset logi when powering on and then it i was banned.

Now i dunny what caused the bann since i only asked question not hurrasing anyone.

i know i did not post images something that should get me banned.

i already used the samsungcommunity@sea.samsung.com to appeal to waiting for responds.

But if im still banned then my money wont bet going to samsung anymore

Certainly Admin from the UK side can not intervene, the US community have the authority to make decisions as they see fit. If you have not contravened rules would have a strong case but will need to await the response of U.S. administration.
