For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to download the chromebook 4 user manual but the pdf is corrupt on the UK and US sites. The US Spanish version downloads ok.
It's important as this model is being issued to many hundreds (thousands?) of UK children to help with their schoolwork at home during lockdown. They will need help and guidance on how to use the chromebook but that's difficult without a manual and I've no idea what is in the box because they don't tell us that either!
I've contacted Samsung twice and they haven't bothered to fix it, but one chat operator confirmed that he was aware of it.
This reflects very poorly on the company - it would not happen with Dell.
I'm hoping someone from Samsung will read this and sort this out.
Won't someone think of the children?
