Greetings:

Under W10Pro my cell phone got detected normally.
Under W11Ent then ... not quite.

Tried different USB ports, new cable which I bought, nothing works.
The phone does load the battery, but I cannot access my data on it through the computer.

I could use a tad of help, here, please.

Thank you beforehand:
Ben

Quite possible.
But dang insane, Enterprise costed me 180 Euro.

No apologies necessary. When you connect the phone to the PC, check device manager on the PC, does it show an error message?

Also, when your phone is connected, swipe from the top of the home screen. Is there a USB connection option you can select?
