Hi,
I own a `Galaxy Book4 Pro model - NP960XGK`
I have linux ubuntu running on it and I have decided to install windows 11 on it.
There are no existing windows on it. I had removed it earlier.
However when I try installing it I get an error "a media driver your computer needs is missing .. "
Please see this attached screenshot.
I did google it. It seems to me the issue is NVMe Storage Drive

Link to drivers from intel
However, I could not use it as I don't have windows on my PC as its on exe.
I also downloaded all the drivers from Samsung for my model and it did not have any drivers for storage

There is no driver for storage. Please review the entire list here - https://pastebin.com/iCsQaFzY
below is the quick reference section.
Please advice what can I do next.
Thank you,
Vish

You will also need the storage driver, so you can read the HD
I would suggest you contact Samsung support

I have contacted them. I have purchased another license so I don't see why it should be problem as long as I get the driver access.
