Hi,

I own a `Galaxy Book4 Pro model - NP960XGK`

I have linux ubuntu running on it and I have decided to install windows 11 on it.

There are no existing windows on it. I had removed it earlier.

However when I try installing it I get an error "a media driver your computer needs is missing .. "

Please see this attached screenshot. media.jpeg

I did google it. It seems to me the issue is NVMe Storage Drive

ref - https://www.reddit.com/r/FlowX16/comments/18a3ipl/cant_install_windows_11_even_with_rapid_storage/

Link to drivers from intel

However, I could not use it as I don't have windows on my PC as its on exe.

I also downloaded all the drivers from Samsung for my model and it did not have any drivers for storage

link - https://pcmanagement.biz.samsung.com/microsoft-tools-integration/windows/

There is no driver for storage. Please review the entire list here - https://pastebin.com/iCsQaFzY

below is the quick reference section.

Please advice what can I do next.

Thank you,

Vish

You have removed the media for windows 11, you need that, and a key to activate it

You will also need the storage driver, so you can read the HD

I would suggest you contact Samsung support

I have contacted them.  I have purchased another license so I don't see why it should be  problem as long as I get the driver access.
