SSamsung galaxy book 5g

I cannot update my S.G. book 5g. I've tried to several times. It shows the % of completes download, then it returns to the Samsung logo (I presume to the startup page) after turning itself off then back on, but then it just sits there while the loading circle is repeating itself. I really need to get on with this update, so I can move fwd. I need help. Please and thank you!

I have a Book2 Pro 5G, are you connected to WIFI or 5G.

When you say update, do you mean Windows 11 or Samsung Settings/Firmware ?
