Sound issues - Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360

Hi All

I'm having massive problems with my 5 week old Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360.  I spend most of my working time on Teams Video calls and when I am not on mute there is massive feedback, echo and if I typed it is described as some playing the bongos in the room. 

This is clearly not right but I have no idea how to fix this.  Tried phoning the Support desk but you either cant hear them the line is so bad or cant get past them not finding my address.  

Any ideas?

@LisaP1980: Are you using the built in mic, or an external one? Have you tried reducing your mic volume, either in the Teams app itself, or in your Sound settings?

Hi Andrew, yep tried that. Not sure if it's something to do with 2 sets of speakers showing in sound settings but have tried defaulting to one but no change. ☹️

I have the exact same issue with my brand new galaxy 2 360, straight out of the box issue! Am surprised there is no software fix to cancel out the noise
