I've tried installing Samsung Smart Switch on my new Samsung PC running windows 11. it won't load & the we can't use it to back up our phones - the error message is
'Smart App Control Has Blocked Part of This App - If you see this message, it means that an app, service, or piece of hardware that you’re using has tried to load a driver, app, or other file that isn’t properly signed.
Smart App Control knows that what you're using is safe but isn't able to make a confident prediction about the safety of the other file your app opened so it attempted to verify the publisher of that file by checking its signature. The file isn’t properly signed so Smart App Control has blocked it.'
Any thoughts other than turning off the windows smart control app?

Hi @Gareth caver Welcome to the Samsung Community. It should be compatible with Windows 11 . know though some hsave experienced issues with both Windows 10 and 11. Is there no difference if you try a different Browser.
know the following has worked for some in the past:
Uninstall all of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages from the PC, 2005, 2008, etc., both x86 and x64
- Install only Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86), regardless if the PC/W is x86 or x 64
- Install Smart Switch.
