I bought my #SamsungSmartMonitorM5 in 2022 and from that day #Amazon Alexa# was there working fine but all of a sudden it disappeared. Now bixie and one more item is showing in the voice assistant list. I tried to reset but that option is disabled. I updated the software to the latest version; still no luck.

Please help.

I have not used it on my M7s as have Alexa Show devices, but realised it had disappeared from the monitor app store ...
