Should I keep Samsung Magician running at all times?

Given the issues with Samsung Magician and removable drives, I'm considering removing it from system startup so that it doesn't start automatically, but only run it "on demand" (and I don't see, once I have configured e.g., over-provisioning, when and why I would do that, TBH).

What are the pros and cons of doing so?

Note: disabling Samsung Magician from autostart is not sufficient; one must also set the Samsung Magician service (SamsungMagicianSVC, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Samsung\Samsung Magician\SamsungMagicianSVC.exe") startup to "Manual."
