Hi,
I bought NEW display S27R750 (LS27R750QEUXEN) and it was faulty (dead pixels) so I went to the seller to claim the warranty. Seller DECLINED the warranty because there is different SN number on the display and on the box/documentation(invoice). I bought just one piece so I couldn’t switch it or whatever…
And now I’m screwed , I have no way how to claim warranty or refund if SN is not matching.
I already contacted Samsung support but I got no response yet.

SN on the display CWWQH4ZN300093D
Is there anything I can do? Or I'm stuck with faulty display?
