Hi, I'm constantly sending Samsung and HP products that work perfectly fine (printers/scanners) to landfill every time Windows release a new operating system because there is no easy way to get the peripherals to work with the new OS. I understand that these companies need to earn a living, but at what cost to the planet is my question. Look forward to hearing from Samsung so they can explain why normal people have to do this so you can make a profit, your peripherals are obviously well made but it has put me off using your brands in the future.

Hi @Tenmen1
We do understand your concerns regarding this, and recycling is something we're constantly aware of. Have a look at the following link for some of the options that have been put in place: https://www.samsung.com/uk/recycling-services/

if you had an option to upgrade a certain printer for for example windows 8 to windows 10 ect, so that those who are less PC savvy then a lot more peripheral would be saved from refuse. Why don't you do this??
