Samsung Update doesn't work with Windows 11 (Galaxy Book Pro 360)

I installed the first dev build of Windows 11 on my Galaxy Book Pro 360 and it works great. However, Samsung Update is no longer working.

Previously it checked if everything was up to date, but now I have to type in the model number and all I get is a long list of drivers, not knowing if they actually needs to be updated or not.

It's beta software for developers, I think things like this will be expected. Guess it's handy for Samsung to know but I'm pretty certain they'll know about all these issues.

@Anders95 @Joeeye  there will be some issues with Beta Software,  after all testing is needed to iron out bugs before the stable release.  However some customers will prefer to install Betas on a spare device(if they are fortunate to have one)   for this reason.

Thank-you for starting this topic.  I just upgraded my Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 from Windows-10 to Windows-11(Beta), and am experiencing the same malfunctioning of the "Samsung Update" program.   

Hopefully a resolution will be implemented soon, as the official Windows-11 begins rolling out on October 5th.    Will continue monitoring this thread for any updates.

Same here. Purchased two Galaxy Book Pro 360's and running Widows 11 Beta on one of them, mine, trying to get used to it ahead of time, in order to help the wife when hers gets the official release.

I have Galaxy Book Pro, and fresh installed copy of Windows 11. Samsung Update still wont work, it has even been updated a couple of times trough Microsoft Store. But I still get the force close and error when I try launching the app. The error say,- Samsung Update not responding, An additional service pack must be installed  for the app to work properly. Do you want to download the installation file now?,-  Then I press OK and the the app force closes, haha.
