Hi,
My Samsung T55 24" curved monitor arrived today, and having problems with tilting the screen as it appears to be pointed downwards.
It doesn't budge when pushed (which manual suggests), but I'm not sure if it's because there is an additional part on the Cover Stand Neck (BN96-50628A) and not sure how to take it off without excessive force (it may need to be on but not sure - the diagram instructions show you can see two screws, whereas they're under the cover that's currently on). Video linked for clarity.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi @jware
We're unable to view your video we're afraid. Could you try uploading to You Tube and then sending us the link?

There does not appear to be na answer to this issue - and I am having the same problem with my 32" curved monitor just received.
problem is at step 4 - see photo - the stand does not appear to fit into the recess on the monitor.
As in the other photos, there appears to be an thin plastic insert inside the top of the stand, it looks very difficult to take off and the manual does not mention the need ot remove anything.
If this a later modification, or what? The third photo - closeup - details the thin plastic "thing"
