Hey, some time ago I bought a m7 smart monitor, but I tried 4k it was fast, sometimes it needed to buffer because I was using wifi. When i load 4k on my pc with ethernet cable the video loads perfectly.

So I bought a dongle for ethernet to usb C and thought is would work on the monitor. The dongle works on my pc but not with the monitor.

So is there a way that the monitor can use ethernet cable? Maybe a product that does work with the tv. Because in the network settings is says that it can connect wireless or through cable.

You can buy the Samsung or other multi port adapters, than have USB C, RJ45 and some USB inputs, i return mine as it did not output to 4K fully.

Hi, it s wifi only so you have to invest in a better wifi solution if you can.

No you cannot use the usb-c port to plug a audio card, ethernet card,etc...

Tizen OS on Smart TV does not support as far as i know...

It would have been google TV on  the M7 it would have been another story.

My M7 does not buffer but is close to the internet box
