My Odyssey G9 Oled wont turn on anymore. If i try to turn it on the red led on the bottom is blinking every 3-4 seconds. The screen stays black. Ivee read that it probably has to do with a softtware update because that happened with previous Monitors too. How can i solvee it?? I cant install a software update with usb because i dont have accsess to the menu because the screen is black... Monitor is 3 months old.

Yes the whole front panel had to be changed because it was broken after 3 months.

Same issue. To anyone who had the repair done, how much does it cost outside of warranty?

No clue, turned out mine was beyond repairable, so I received new one for free.

Hello everyone. I'm experiencing the same issue right now and I'm at a loss. I can't access the menu for a firmware update since the screen is totally black so the onscreen menu can't be seen.
Repairman is Samsungs answer to this but I guess i wanted to know how long it took and and how your experiences went? Fees, warranties, duration, etc. I basically only have one monitor and reason I'm asking those is to see if I would need to get myself a new monitor in the meantime for work.
Thanks in advance ☺️
