My monitor was automatically updated to version 1661. When I press the home screen button, it gets stuck on the ‘Preparing… Please wait’ screen.
I restarted the software and tried everything, but it still gets stuck at the same screen.

Stop gaslighting us. It stucks at 1% or 99%, reboots and cycle repeats. Because of your faulty update now you send us to service center, are you kidding? Release hotfix ASAP and allow us to update again using USB drive.

My bigest concern is not the the lack of Smart hub because I've been using it very rarely or not at all lately anyway but the impossibility of switching between PCs because I have a setup with 2 PCs
So if anyone from Samsung is reading this, if you don't do a quick hotfix, at least give us the option to roll back to the previous version.
I also contacted support and was told to go to the representative office in my city, this does not seem like a correct option to me because your update broke the monitor. In any case, in the future I will disable automatic updates

1.Fix your firmware
2.Send me a new monitor or
3.give me my money back

My G8 oled ultrawide is completely unusable, it’s defaulting to HDMI which i’m not even using and not sure i even have a cable for. Called support of the retailer and they cannot provide a box to send it back for warranty. Can’t use my computer at all now
