I have a very annoying issue with LS32BG700EUXEN . If my monitor is turned of and i push the power button on my ps5 to turn on it doesn't and goes to storage repair mode and the it says that the ps5 didn't start properly etc. I tried with another ps5 and it does the same , I changed HDMI port , I hdmi 2.1 cable , i tried hdmi 2.0 , i tried changing resolution from ps5 safe mode , i have everything up to date , i tried turning off hdmi-cec on both systems an the issue is still there.
My xbox , and nintendo switch don't have any issue with the monitor.
I'll appreciate any help !!

I've tried my PS5 on other TVs and it has no issue. But with the Odyssey G7 it won't turn on when you boot the PS5 from rest mode, which then causes the PS5 drive to corrupt

Me too, PS5 directly connected to the G7 monitor and I'm having the same issue as the OP

Hopefully someone will help us. I don’t understand either what is the reason causing this but i’m sure it is a monitor issue.

@DioDask: On your PS5, please try heading to Settings > System > HDMI > Enable HDMI Device Link > On. This should switch on your monitor when you power on the PS5. Let me know is this helps.

i’ve been having this issue too recently
has anyone else had an issue where the ps5 connects to the monitor and the monitor recognizes the ps5 but it doesn’t actually display anything? i tried connecting it to an older tv and it displayed perfectly fine. ps5 is on.
i got this monitor brand new not even two weeks ago.
glad to see i’m not the only one having this issue.

Do you have anything else plugged into the monitor? I have a Display Port cable connected, and my MacBook gets plugged in and out with that. I'm wondering if it's something to do with the Display Port going into "deep sleep" but not telling the PS5.

Even if my ps5 is the only device connected on the monitor i have the same issue .
I think it is a compatibility issue between ps5 and the monitor’s firmware

I wonder if this issue is related: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/ljuajr/samsung_odyssey_g7_monitor_totally_disconnects/

I FOUND IT !!
Turn off the ps5 , push the power button untill you hear two beeps to enter safe mode, go to change video output , change hdcp mode and choose hdcp 1.4 only .
Then go to the settings of the monitor , turn off adaptive synch / game mode , go to connection, external device manager , input signal plus and turn off the port that your ps5 is connected on .
Now my ps5 turns on and off normally even my tv is turned off .
I hope this solution works for everyone else having this issue.
