Computers & ITHey,
I bought this monitor earlier this year (Samsung LU28H750UQUXEN). I got the Xbox Series X yesterday, and when connecting to this monitor my Xbox is saying my TV can't run 4K 60Hz? I can't even switch the resolution to 4K, only lets me do 1440p, 1080p, 720p.
I connected the Xbox to my older TV (UE49KU6400), which is not made for gaming and doesn't advertise 40k 60Hz and my Xbox is now saying 4K 60Hz is possible?
I wanted to speak to someone on the Live Chat but nobody was available, but I'm not sure if anyone can help here? At this point it feels like I need to replace the 28" 'gaming monitor'.

Computers & ITHi @90sbaby. As the gaming monitor is designed for PC's and not consoles, there maybe some discrepancies when attempting higher resolutions/ frame rates using your Xbox. Are there any settings in your Xbox that allows you to change or is that what you're referring to? Is there a Display Port output on the Xbox?
