Samsung Magician 8.0 does not work

New Samsung Magician 8.0 not installed (after install process samsung services start to load my comp processor and nothing happens futher).

After kind of installation, Magician interface not loading at all.

it's not working properly on my Win 11 and I reverted to 7.3.0

No previous versions of the program had such problems before!

Please fix it.

To make Samsung Magician 8.* work properly, just DO NOT disable the Windows service - "Server" (LanmanServer)

I received a notification in Windows 11 for a new version of Samsung Magician 8.3.0.810 today 2025-03-24 and let it do the upgrade. The new version hangs when loading the UI and then prevents the machine from shutting down cleanly. Trying to uninstall resulted in the uninstall hanging and preventing the machine from shutting down cleanly. I eventually was able to get the uninstall to run by manually setting the SamsungMagicianSVC service in the Windows registry to start type 4 to disable the service and then power off the machine and let it restart. After this, the uninstall ran successfully and I was able to remove the new version of Magician and rebooted the machine cleanly.

Hopefully a newer working version will be released soon.

The new version 8.3.0 does not set the EFI system partition (which the UEFI needs to start Windows) on the clone in the first place and therefore the clone cannot be booted.
