Hi,
I use my Samsung LS49CG934SUXXU Odyssey OLED 49" every day, last night I logged off and all was well, this morning, I tried to turn it on and there was nothing, no power lite, nothing. I only got it Last December, I really need this for work, please help.

@DonegalPaul: Please test the power outlet that the monitor is plugged into by plugging in a different device. Also, try plugging the monitor into another outlet. If it's working as expected, make sure that the monitors plug is fully inserted in the plug socket. I also recommend checking the plug and power cable for any visible damage. Let me know how you get on.

Apologies, correction on initial comment about purchase date, I just got the invoice, and the purchase/delivery date was 25 October 2023

@DonegalPaul: If the monitor will not power on, and you have verified that the issue is not stemming from the plug, power cable or wall socket, then I recommend contacting our Support Team to arrange for the device to be inspected and repaired by one of our authorised engineers. To do so, please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us, and get in touch via your preferred contact method.
Alternatively, if you are based in the UK or Ireland, you can arrange the inspection yourself by following the link below.

The standard warranty for our monitors runs for 24 months from the initial purchase date, so you will be able to arrange an in-warranty inspection. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
