Hi all,
Anyone else experiencing a similar issue?
Basically, monitor works flawlessly with both my machines through Displayport & the 2nd via usbc to displayport cables when they are a the sole output on the monitor.
However, once i enable PBP, I can see the image is perfectly fine for both PCs, but I get the "Check the cable connection and settings of the source device" error on both displayport connections (on each screen), with that irritating target symbol flashing up every 2 seconds
I can see both images from both Pcs and see no issues with the picture behind, refresh rates seem normal (100Hz) and when I disable PBP mode, everything is workings well.
If I connect one of the PCs via HDMI then only the screen that has the displayport able in gets this error message.
This was not an issue yesterday and the only thing I have done is move the monitor. I have tried 6 different DP cables.
So when in PBP mode and there is a PC connected via the DP cable I see the message flashing "check cable connection and the setting of the source device". If I have 1 DP and 1 HDMI then its only the DP side that displays this message. If 2 Pcs are connected both with DP then both side display this message.
Any suggestion/help/advice would be greatly appreciated
