Anybody know what's wrong with this monitor? 

It has horizontal lines over the whole display, about every 4mm.

Hi @Spurs2008. Are you using a HDMI or Display Port cable?

hdmi 2.1 cable, also tried other hdmi cables still have the same problem. also on both hdmi ports.

Do you have any other devices you can test out with the monitor?

I've tried pc, xbox series x, fire TV box and ipad Pro all have the same result
