Samsung Galaxy Book S battery Life

I am having some problems with battery discharge on my Book S.  With Sleep mode there was often a 10% discharge overnight with all apps closed down and hibernate about 5%.  Even when completely shutdown there is still 2-3% over a 14 hour shutdown.  I hadn't expected anything when shutdown.  Is there an issue with the battery that is being charged to 85% and only 3 months old?

I had found that until Windows Update was paused for 7 days and with Sleep mode it often lost 25-30% overnight and I don't want to leave it charging all night.

Any solutions out there or do I need to return to supplier?

I find the same issues with my Galaxy Book S (Intel), where the battery loses around 30% per day while being shut down. I wonder if Samsung will ever sort think battery drain issue. It's so annoying when I get my laptop out after a while to use urgently only to find that it is dead. Deeply regret buying this laptop.
