Samsung G9 purchased in Japan, no support available

I have a samsung g9 that I purchased about one year ago, I am having issues with the monitor and have spent hours talking to different customer service agents. Finally I was directed to a Japanese agent and was told there is no support available for monitors in Japan. This is obviously an extremely expensive monitor, and it is still under warranty, yet seemingly there is no way I can claim this warranty or get help with a repair. Anybody any ideas?

Where are you currently based? What issues are you having with the monitor?
