Anyone else have this issue and know a fix?
My issue is that in the middle of some games, and it seems to be specific ones this happens to more than others, my monitor display will lose the connection with the PC but Windows is still running (keyboard/mouse are still interacting). The display is working because it comes up with a message that it lost connection to the PC.
Configuration: S57CG95xN and Nvidia Geforce RTX 3090
Resolution at 7680x2160 and 120Hz
I've done the following:
The only "fix" I have is to force the power off to "reboot" and everything comes up no problem.
Any ideas on if there is some system setting, software or other idea on what could be causing this?

Additional note, I did a little more research and thought maybe the HDMI vs DP, the newer HDMI cables have better performance over DP, I noticed that some monitor settings change/are better but the issue continues

Not even sure how to troubleshoot this. It's only happening in games. The games this happens with are the only games it happens with, so I have other games that work perfectly fine without issue. Of the few games that have this it will let me play for a while and then the screen will disconnect. There is no set time, sometimes it will be 5 mins after I start, or 45mins but it will happen.
This is only happening to me with Samsung monitors, I have a 35" ultrawide and the same games have an issue there. I have two 27" standard ratio monitors this doesn't occur with on the same PC and same video card which makes me think its something with Samsung monitors but I don't know what.
Sins of a Solar Empire 2 is one game it occurs with. Timberborn is another.
I'll start tracking the games it does occur with and reply in the future with the list of games it has issues with.
