Hi,
I'm facing a problem with the Samsung Email app. Recently, it's not working as expected emails are either not syncing, or I’m not receiving new messages on time.
This issue started a few days ago. I haven’t changed any major settings. Tried restarting the phone, but no luck.
Just wanted to share this in case others are also facing the same issue.

Hey, had the same issue! Make sure IMAP is enabled in your Virgin settings and use these:
Incoming: imap.virginmedia.com, SSL, port 993
Outgoing: smtp.virginmedia.com, SSL, port 465
Username = full email address. Password = your Virgin email password.
Worked for me after that!
