Hi i have a samsung galaxy book Go and it's PDIC Firmware update is always stuck on 0%. I have to force shut down and reboot. Also when turn the laptop on it gets stuck on the Samsung screen, again, i have to hold down the power button to boot the laptop up.
Any advice or suggestions to solve this at all?
