Hi All,
I'm attempting to update the firmware on my LC27G75TQSUXEN.
The latest firmware download from https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/LC27G75TQSUXEN/ seems to only come with a .bin file.
according to the steps here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/computing/update-your-samsung-gaming-monitor-using-a-usb-device/ there should be 2 .bin files and a .img file.
When attempting to update via usb i keep getting 'No update files found on your USB device. Please check your USB device and try again.'
I have tried a couple different USB's (greater and less than 8gb) and have formatted both the fat32 before attempting.
Is there anything else i can do to get the latest firmware update? or am i stuck because the update files are missing from samsungs latest file upload?
