Recently I tried to use my 3rd gen chromecast dongle with my Samsung Oddessy G5 monitor only to find that after a second or 2 after turning it on/disconnecting a device that the colours went all dark/washed out. I have changed the monitor settings and followed the Google setup instructions to no success. The monitor nor the dongle are defective as the work fine when plugged into different devices. I was wondering whether anyone else has this issue, how it could be resolved or why this occurs.
