My Samsung Galaxy book pro 360 is not charging properly

Hi, 
I have a Samsung Galaxy book pro 360 that has been good so far. But recently when it is plugged in it keeps draining the battery.

I'm using the charger that came with the device. There is no error message. It shows it is plugged in but looks like it's not charging. 

Idk what to do, any suggestions?

Does it charge when switched off?

Possibly the charger is faulty, or the charging port on your Book Pro 360.
Have you tried using the charger to charge your mobile phone? Providing of course, that your phone does have a USB-C port!
