My email storage is full

I've deleted more than 5000 emails and attachments but still my storage is full!!

Any idea?

Did you just delete on your phone or computer? Is your emails synced with you provider? Gmail or yahoo mail or etc....

If not then you need to log on via a browser and delete from there. Also clear recycle bin too

If it's about hotmail or Outlook (microsoft), then check if your OneDrive is full and make some space there.
