Hi all,
I'm getting really frustrated with Samsung. To tell you my story In June 2022 I purchased a Monitor, it was a 2k odyssey G5 monitor, which had 1 year warranty, exactly after 2 months after warranty expiration I got a Red stuck pixel. So in April 2024 I decided to switch it and purchase a Oled G9 Monitor for not a cheap price of 1000 euro, the monitor came with two year warranty and exactly yesterday, two months after warranty expiration, I got another stuck pixel now in green. Is this something the company should handle if I do a Legal claim? how is it possible that exactly after warranty expiration both products presents malfuncionts? cant it be considered as timed malfunctions?
At this price I expect a much bigger lifespawn, it unacceptable that the break every time.
Can someone from Samsung contact me to see my alternatives?
