I had my new monitor delivered yesterday and it is a big upgrade on what I had before but have issues with the USB-C connection.
Work Laptop it works fine - charges and I get a picture
Gaming Laptop - Does not recognise or connect to get a picture, not expecting it to charge due to the Wattage requirement. I used to get a picture and hub link through my Targus Docking Station with the USC-C.
Other Laptop - Same as the gaming laptop and this gets charge and picture through my Targus but not the monitor
Wife's work Laptop - No USB-C port but no picture either through a USB-C to USB A adapter which worked on the Targus
On all the laptops when I also plug in the HDMI I obviously get a picture but also the mouse plugged into the monitor works so the USB-C connection is sending data just not the picture on 3 of 4 laptops and not charging 1 that it should.
I have updated the Laptops and monitor plus factory reset the monitor, tried the unplug trick and nothing. I have a replacement on the way but wonder with all the issues with previous models that I have read about it is just a issue with these monitors and I will have to go elsewhere.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried the one out the box and the one that came with my Targus Dock but both with the same results. Will try that one as well.

Nope still nothing.
Just praying it's a faulty unit but fear it's a poor product.
