LC27RG50FQUXEN monitor heeelp!

Hey can someone pls help , my LC27RG50FQUXEN isn t working corectly and when i wanr to acces the menu takes some solid seconds for it to open however today when i tryed to open it (using the only button) it just wouldn t do it pls help!

hello there

try below steps 

-remove the power cable for a minute then plug again

-refit the DP or HDMI cable

-if connected to Windows, try reinstalling the driver from this link

-reset the monitor if your can

press jog button → Menu → System → Reset → Reset All

if persists, contact Samsung Support to arrange repair

 Thanks but still my problem is. That the button does nothing! last night when I last used it it took some solid seconds of holding on it for me to access the menu now I literally can’t open it sience to do so I used to  press once and it would show me a source  now it just does nothing pls help
