I recently purchased a Samsung Evo 970 Plus 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD and have been encountering an issue with the Samsung Magician software version 8.0.0 not recognizing it
When I initially installed the SSD, the Samsung Magician software recognized it without any problems. However, after going through the Windows process to ensure that the OS recognizes the SSD, the Samsung Magician software stopped showing it.
Here are some details about my system:
- Motherboard: Asus ROG B450-I Gaming
- Operating Mode: SATA is set to AHCI
- NVMe Drivers up to date.
I've tried troubleshooting the issue by reinstalling the Samsung Magician software and ensuring that all drivers are up to date. Despite my efforts, the software still does not recognize the SSD.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how I can resolve this problem? Let me know if there's any more information needed. Your insights and advice would be greatly appreciated.
