Samsung SSD disk failed under warranty (after just 10 months use)
Authorized service center for my country for SSD disks, is Hanaro Europe BV
Hanaro Europe BV sent me a RMA number.
However, my country is not member of EU and when I receive SSD disk back, I have to pay import and UPS processing fees which are like $90
I opened ticket with Samsung ( ticket # 3404220006 ) and after lengthy E-mail exchange with Samsung support, their final position is that I have to cover import and UPS processing fees
So basically, I have to pay $90 in order for my SSD disk to be replaced under warranty!
Is there anyone that can help here?
Who should I contact?
Please help!
