How to update only selected drivers in Samsung Device Care?

Samsung Updates app has been recently removed and the updates are supposed to be done by Samsung Device Care. However, there seems to be no way to select which updates it makes. For example, now it offers me three additional apps (Color Engine, Online Support Platform Engine and McAfee LiveSafe) together with NVIDIA drivers, and I don't want to install these apps. But I cannot select only the driver or any other individual update because the only option is to click update all. And please, don't even suggest that I can just remove the apps later...

I have already enabled Hidden items.
But in normal Windows Settings -> Apps -> Installed Apps there are actually few apps that are not shown in this Control Panel Programs and Features list. However, none of them are McAfee nor Online Support Platform Engine.

I would suggest asking Samsung directly if they know how to update the apps you want to update, as they might have more insight.

Alternatively, you could update all and remove the apps afterward if they appear, though you shouldn't have to do that, of course. You could also load each app individually, and if there is a pop-up for an update, click on that so it's app-specific.

1. How can I ask Samsung directly?
2. I don't want to install any apps, I just would have liked to update the driver, but the only way to load it individually seems to be directly from NVidia site, and I wonder if I should do that? The same thing with other drivers like Intel; it might not be safe to install the newest drivers directly from Intel that are not verified for this laptop.

If you're from the UK, you can do a live chat from this link: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/chat-members/?srsltid=AfmBOooCxQXdIzWWsRiVSKIHDeZpMxBD9a7ga3HQVM-...

Alternatively, you can call using the number: 0800 995 1079.

If you were to install the driver marked with the auto-update Version 32.0.15.5599, I don't see why it would be a problem, but that's your decision. I'm sorry I couldn't be more useful; it's not always easy to troubleshoot things I don't personally use. I have a different Windows-based PC, so even though things are similar in Windows 11, Samsung-specific apps such as the one you're having an issue with can be a bit of a challenge for me to be honest, as I can't play around with it myself.

If you do manage to get anywhere, may i ask you respond with your solution. Or better yet make a post describing the solution so if someone else runs into it they will be able to find it with a search.

I just contacted Samsung support chat, and they confirmed firstly this Device Care is the only way to update drivers by Samsung, and secondly it is not possible to select individual updates but everything must be updated. But there's little hope that the development team will improve the app someday. So, until that I guess I will be using this Device Care to just check if there are updated drivers, and then download them directly from original provider like NVIDIA or Intel.

Not the resolution you would have liked i guess but Atleast you know that's the case until an update is implemented.
