How to get rid of fake McAfee virus pop-ups in window 11

Hi Everyone,
I'm using Windows 11 and I keep getting fake McAfee virus pop-ups in my browser or on my screen. These pop-ups look like real warnings, but I don’t have McAfee installed, or my trial already expired. I think they might be scams or ads trying to trick me. They show up often and are very annoying. I want to know how to stop or block these fake McAfee virus pop-ups.
Thanks in advance.

Completely uninstall McAfee.

Also, simply clear browsing data if possible on your browser

Also, go to settings, apps, and scan for any apps you haven't installed; delete them.

They are absolutely scams. Do they appear in the notification bar thing windows has or do they appear on the screen itself?

Then I'll know the type so can say how to remove them

They are usually tech support scams. You can get rid of them by clearing your browsing cache. But if it's still comes back, then clear the entire data. Consider having a as blocker installed on your PC. Ublock origin is far by the best one if you use Firefox but not chrome.
