How to disable annoying Direct key guide on Samsung monitor

Hi, I have bought Samsung monitor LF24T450FQEXXV and it have very annoying problem.

Every time it turn on (from shutdown, sleep, lockscreen,...) it show connected port "HDMI1" on top left (it is ok, no problem), but after that is very annoying popup/menu Direct key guide menu on bottom right about ~ 10 seconds.

This menu is big and make me can not see bottom area of monitor (in windows 10 it is time area) until it hidden (~ 10 seconds). I have worst many days to search how to disable it and found nothing, same with on screen display setting.

So please guide me how to disable very annoying on screen display Direct key guide on Samsung monitor.

Hi,

Thank for your reply, but it not work.

It say "appear when the product screen is switched on or the input source is changed". The case in my post is "switched on".

Eye mode dont effect problem, document mean enable/disable eye saver mode will show different icon in Direct key guide (last line).

Also already in max resolution. Dont effect, it always fixed on bottom right and too big with Windows notification area.

Very annoying problem still here 😔

In some other monitor this panel only show when Jog button <>^ or down. But this product show every time "switched on" 🙃
