Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some general advice from the community.

I spend a lot of time working on digital projects and workflows (including a small project called Funnelsflex), so I usually rely on my devices staying stable and consistent over time. I was curious what everyday habits or settings people here follow to keep their Samsung devices running smoothly in the long run.

Nothing advanced or technical—just practical tips based on real experience.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Thanks for the helpful discussions — always learning from the community.

Reboot your phone weekly. With windows, run "sfc /scannow" every now and again, it tells windows to fix broken system files

Hi and welcome to the community.

Your phone comes with Device Care pre-installed, and you can download the Good Guardians app from the Samsung app store. Both are apps that you can use for device maintenance. You can use them weekly or every other day. From Good Guardians, every module has features that can be used for device maintenance. I have attached some Device Care screenshots as examples.

Make sure your USB-C port, microphone, and speaker holes stay clean. You can buy cheap USB-C dust covers from any renowned online shop for a few pounds. I recommend the hard plastic ones, although they are more difficult to come by, because the rubber and silicone ones pick up lint from the environment.1769422628181.jpg1769422628191.jpg1769422628201.jpg1769422628210.jpg

In addition to the advice already given I would the security/privacy settings on your Samsung Device. For instance if you go to Security and privacy-More security Settings-Enhanced Data (protection.) By default Auto Blocker should be on but to run certain codes and install any apk's (caution advised here ) it would need to be temporarily disabled. you can check permissions in Privacy. if you tap More privacy settings option whether or not you wish to send Diagnostic Data to Samsung whilst with usage and Diagnostics concerns automatically sending Diagnostic, Device and app usage to Google . Again users have option and do not need to enable.

All the above and set your battery to charge only to 90% the extra 10% doesn't make a huge difference to daily use and not charging your battery to max will give it a longer life..
