My galaxy book flex i5 isn't switching on and booting correctly, power is getting to the laptop and battery appears to be charging but the screen is black. Fan is running and led indicator shows an intermittent blue flash (every 10 seconds)
On power on it has once got to the Samsung logo but the majority of time screen is just black.. seems like it can't boot to windows, I'm assuming it's a problem with the battery or windows but unsure ..
Be glad to hear from anyone that's experienced similar, pain in the backside and just a month out of warranty
