Hello, after connecting my galaxy buds 2 pro to my samsung galaxy book 3 ultra I noticed that the audio works only on the right earbud. I've tried reinstalling any kind of driver or updating both the pc and the firmware of the buds but nothing works. I should add that the buds work with any other device I have and worked with my pc until some days ago.

Thanks in advance to anyone who knows a solution.

Windows 11 and ewrbuds, headset done work well unless a headset with a USB dongle like Jabra.

I gave up using my Buds2 Pro with my Book2 Pro, mainly microphone and connectivity issues. I found even my Jabra, Aukey, Airpods and Soundcore buds the same issue.

Have you been able to resolve this? I just started to notice the issue today because I hadn't used my Buds Pro 2 in a while. Now I only get audio on my right, and not my left. But it works just fine with my phone. Couldn't find a solution anywhere online. Tried uninstalling the Galaxy Buds drivers (of which there are two of the same name) and nothing. Not sure what else to do.

Sadly No, the issue is Windows 11.

This is a known issue caused by Bluetooth LE Audio

"If certain Bluetooth Low Energy Audio (LE Audio) earbuds or speakers are not correctly paired to your PC, it’s possible for audio to only play in one channel/ear."

you can either disable it as others suggested, but I prefer if you follow the steps in Microsoft's article that discuss the same issue and how to resolve it:

Fix Bluetooth audio only playing in one channel - Microsoft Support

The following steps are taken from that article with slight modification from my side to handle Galaxy Buds 2:

1) Start  > Settings  > Bluetooth & devices

2) Select Devices

3) Scroll to the Audio section and find your earbuds or speakers.4) Select More options  and then select Remove Device.

5) If you are using Bluetooth earbuds, place both earbuds in their charging cradle ( put them in their case ).

6) Place your Bluetooth earbuds or speakers into pairing mode. (Simply put your buds in the case while the case is open, then put a finger on each bud and hold a few seconds until a blue light appears on the case, then remove your fingers)

7) Select Add device and then select Bluetooth.

😎 Wait for your earbuds or speakers to appear in the list, and then select them from the list to begin connecting.

9) When prompted to connect the second earbud or speaker, select the option to connect it.
