Galaxy book 3 pro - Heat and fan noise

hey just got my galaxy book 3 pro for a few days ago.

i am having issues with heat and fan noise. I have tried to play around with the performance mode and it helps a bit with the fan noise but still having heat problems.

just surfing the internet, on youtube and streaming on netflix and so on

anyone know what to do?

I have a Pro2, on Balanced Power Mode fan rarely ever comes on.

That said if I use it on my lap, rather than a desk, then the fan does come on.

Yeah my book 3 pro does the same when i charge it only though, the fans kick in on high and the heat is unbelievable right above the keyboard. such a disappointment, I'm still a Samsung fan but just disappointed in their computing.

Hi! Do you still have fan noise issues? I returned two of them becsuse of the fan noise a few months ago. Did they finally solve the problem with an update? TiA!
