What does blue light mean 1 long 3 short. Is not downloading.

@OleksiiRuban: I'm not too sure when you mean when you say its 'not downloading'. If you're referring to the operating status LED on the side of the Galaxy Book2 Pro, then blue means that the device is turned on, but there is nothing in the manual about a blinking LED. Are able to provide further details of your query i.e what action are you trying to perform on the device?

Black screen, laptop does not respond to long press of the power button. The cooler does not spin. The processor is barely warm. The video does not show through HDMI.

Yeah I had this, held the power button for quite a while, eventually restarted never been an issue since.

Also if you have a can of compressed air, clean the USB ports and cable connections.
