i bought this pc to use it just for work , i work remotely as VA , and now i can't even do a simple Zoom call with my colleagues

I am feeling disappointed , I thought that buying an expensive pc gonna make the job better , then look where i am at

Goto Start Menu > Search (Device manage ) >  Search in different device category > If there is any audio device most likely it is that one you are looking for >  right click after selecting that device and select update.

If having trouble click on speaker like icon so windows TS will start and will try to install drivers. Else go to following links and download driver and install manually: https://www.samsung.com/global/galaxybooks-downloadcenter/

Remember restart laptop before these steps, Sometime issue fix automatically after restart if any update or installation is pending.
