I just bought my forst monitor,Samsung odyssey 34 curve, and upgraded my xbox console to the series x so I could see 1440 @120fps. But I cannot get that to work. The monitor is only allowing me to set up 1080p @120fps on my console. This is what I was getting with my 50" samsung uhd tv and series s console. I'm very disappointed and hope that there is a solution to this problem. I feel like I just waisted $1000 on a gaming upgrade to simply end up where I began,only with a smaller monitor.
