Hi, I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Pro Book 360 and since the first day I turned it on, I keep getting messages about a firmware update that is required. Each time I update the computer like this, I lose the fingerprint recognition support and have to reset this on the computer and set up the Microsoft Hello features afresh.

This is quite annoying and I just wondered if anyone knows if this is a glitch with my computer or are there really that many firmware updates required?

The latest message arrived today, but I simply ignored it for now.

When did you buy it and how many times has it prompted for the update? Is it every time you start Windows? It doesn't seem normal behaviour to me. I know it's a new device but even so, firmware updates shouldn't happen that often. Most likely a glitch in the Samsung app that searches for driver and firmware updates

I bought the computer in October, so that's why I got worried - it doesn't seem like normal behaviour to me either. Any suggestion on how to deal with this? Shall I contact Samsung directly?
