When signing into smartthings app on my galaxy book pro 360 a message appears saying it is connected to a different find my mobile account. This means I am unable to see it on find my mobile and on smartthings find. I have factory reset my device and uninstalled and reinstalled the smart things app but still same message services onlie couldn't fix it. please help me
