Has anyone had a delivery from Samsung that never happened. I wanted to get a Gear S3 before Christmas only to find them out of stock. They were back in on Thursday ordered and paid for it and it was to be delivered Friday. UK mail have delivered to someone else and now Samsung have said it could be a month before I get a response. I find that absolutely unacceptable, I have paid for this item which I was promised the next day but through no fault of mine I will have to wait up to a month before I get an answer as to what’s going to happen.
